What do I do if I forget our Business Account password?

When you click "Business Account Log In" on the left navigation bar and are directed to the Login page, click on the 'Forgotten login details?"message and you will be instructed on how to retrieve your password.

What do I do if I forget our Business Account ID?

Contact your Lead Agency and once you provide your contact information - for example, name and address - your Lead Agency representative can give you your Business Account ID. Lead Agency representatives don't, have access to your account's password.

How can I change our Business Account Password?

Click on "Business Account Log In" on the left navigation bar. At the Login page, click on "Update Password" on the upper right of the screen, and follow directions to enter details. A new password will be sent to you at the email address you previously entered when the account was first set up.

Can I change our Business Account ID?

No, your Business Account ID is generated by the system when your account is set up.
