Government Agencies

The ORCA card offers a smooth, hassle-free commute option for government agencies and their employees. Any branch of government - including any agency, division or office at the federal, state or local jurisdiction level - is eligible to participate in the ORCA program and take advantage of ORCA's flexibility and convenience.

ORCA cards are good for up to four years. Simply distribute the card once then use our convenient reload option. With ORCA if you have multiple locations, you can manage all accounts online. And ridership data provides your agency valuable information to plan and budget your program.

Human Services

With ORCA, employment and human services agencies can offer employees and clients the convenience and flexibility of one card for their transportation needs.

ORCA can help you streamline administrative process providing:

• Accurate ridership data to help you meet reporting requirements required by state law.
• Customized transportation options to fit each client's needs. You can load transportation value onto a card when required or disable a card if it is lost, stolen or damaged.

Schools

Educational institutions eligible to participate in the ORCA program include individual public and private schools, as well as public school districts. Examples include universities, community colleges, technical and vocational colleges, high schools, private preparatory schools and academies, and entire school districts.
